Description

These technical guidelines were developed from a long-term practical work in five climate-smart villages spreading over three distinctive agroecologies of Yen Bai province. The work was jointly funded by the Embassy of Ireland in Hanoi through the Vietnam Ireland Bilateral Education Exchange program (VIBE) and Vietnam’s Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development through the National Target Program on New Rural Development (or Nong thon moi – NTM) and aligned with the CGIAR research program on Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security (CCAFS).
